Close to two decades inside Defence and the programmes that define Australia's capability edge. His background spans finance, risk, scheduling and project controls across acquisition and sustainment. That breadth is deliberate: finance tells you where programmes bleed, risk tells you what is coming, scheduling tells you the truth.

His programme experience covers both sides of the fence. Above the line: Planning and Scheduling Manager on SEA5000 Hunter Class Frigate, Air Domain Project Controller inside Defence, and currently supporting AUKUS. Below the line: project controls delivery to Defence industry, including ASDEFCON artefact development across WBS, schedule and cost assurance.

He knows when the numbers do not add up. He knows when a programme is compliant on paper and off track in reality. He will tell you, even when that is not what anyone in the room wants to hear. He does not run from the hard programmes. He thrives in them.

Thirty years in project planning and scheduling, from trainee planner to Program Director. He started on the Anzac Ship Project at Tenix in 1995 — building fully resourced schedules at a scale most practitioners never encounter — and has been delivering complex program controls work ever since.

He knows Open Plan Professional from the ground up. He was the SME who implemented OPP into CASG and built the systems and training through the IPSSR Project. His recent Defence work spans Major Surface Combatants, Combat Systems, Patrol Boats and Specialist Ships — embedded inside CASG delivering divisional IMS development, schedule analysis and scheduler mentoring.

He also spent 18 years running his own project management software company, which means he understands scheduling not just as a practitioner but as someone who has built the tools, trained the people and guided organisations from zero planning maturity to genuinely defensible program controls.

Eighteen years inside Defence acquisition and sustainment, almost entirely embedded within CASG and its predecessor organisations. She has delivered scheduling support at every level — project, SPO, branch and divisional — across air, maritime and land programs, and is currently supporting the Australian Submarine Agency on AUKUS IMS development and scheduler capability uplift.

She is an OPP specialist with deep experience in critical path analysis, baseline management and WBS development. She has built schedules from scratch for programs under management review, and developed Power BI dashboard solutions to give senior leadership genuine visibility across complex program environments.

Over two decades inside Defence planning and scheduling, from project level to portfolio level. He has built Integrated Master Schedules for some of Australia's most significant naval programs — Hunter Class Frigates, Offshore Patrol Vessels, Pacific Patrol Boat Replacement, Army Littoral Manoeuvre — and developed the enterprise-level scheduling architecture for the AUKUS Submarine Program at the Australian Submarine Agency. That IMS was adopted as the trilateral AUKUS baseline.

He has operated at every level of the environment — embedded inside CASG projects, leading divisional controls teams, building PMO frameworks, and providing portfolio-level reporting direct to Deputy Secretaries, Ministers and the Prime Minister's office. He was formally commended for his contribution to the Future Frigate Program. He is currently leading schedule uplift across the GWEO Group.
